I initially speak with a client on the phone to establish a relationship. Our initial conversation is designed to discuss the clients Immigration matter in greater detail. unfold fold
I recently represented a client who was married to a US Citizen and was in her first year of her marriage based Green Card. Her husband was abusing her and we worked to petition to have the Conditions Removed on her Adjustment of Status without the sponsorship of her husband. Her Green Card was approved and she just became a Naturalized citizen. We worked for three years on these various applications.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I always advise people to consult more than one attorney so they can be confident that they have done their due diligence in finding the right attorney to work with. I also tell people that there is never a guarantee of an approval and any practitioner who tells them they can guarantee an approval should be avoided.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
There are no silly questions. Many times clients don't know what benefits they are looking for or are entitled to. I welcome all truthful discussions with my potential clients.
