What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I bill at a rate of $300 an hour and I offer a free phone consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will first have a free phone consultation or an in person consultation (for $300) to meet with the client and see if I am able to help them out. If I am, I will quote the client a retainer, which is case specific and I send the client a draft retainer agreement, which lays out, in detail, my and the client's obligations and all other relevant details of the scope of my engagement. Once I receive the signed retainer agreement and payment for the retainer, I start work right away.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a family law attorney since 2010. For the first five years of my practice, I worked in one of Orange County's largest and most prestigious family law firms. Three years ago, I started my own practice. Prior to practicing law, I attended Western State University, College of Law, on scholarship, where I participated in the Legal Clinic, and I graduated with honors. Prior to that, I worked in a family law firm in administrative and paralegal positions.
