Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Wagner Law accepts smaller retainer fees as down payments with monthly payment plans with an hourly fee of $300. If you put down a retainer of $1,500 or more to start your case, your hourly fee is reduced to $255 (a 15% discount). You must pay all Court filing fees up front in addition to your legal fees to Wagner Law. I also offer certain services as flat fee, which can be discussed at your consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Initial 5-minute intake with our paralegal 2. Attorney reviews information and sets up an appointment - holds 20 minute phone or Zoom consultation 3. Attorney provides a written fee proposal for e-signature if potential client wants to retain. 4. Client makes retainer payment 5. Attorney and client discuss case strategy 6. Attorney files appearance and begins work on Client's case
