What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try and set up a 30 minute free consultation to answer a few intake questions and explain the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our professionals are either experienced lawyers or support staff that have extensive training in patent drafting, business negotiation, and real estate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a military veteran I saw the need to help other veterans who are solo inventors and entrepreneurs. Eventually we expanded to help other individuals and small businesses.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Business owners, doctors, and solo inventors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped a local small business owner obtain a trademark for his new coffee shop.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the customer to look at the professional's credentials and experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Whether or not the invention has been disclosed to others? Have the invention been publicly used or sold? What is the value of your invention to yourself or your company? What result do you want from the person that you hire?
