What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet with you review your documents and fully assess your situation. Once we do this we will determine which chapter of bankruptcy is right for you or if bankruptcy is the right option for you at all!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always wanted to help people since beginning my career! And a lot of people get scammed out of money or get sick and just can’t afford to pay their bills. Many creditors just want their money and don’t realize the emotional and physical tolls that debt collectors take on people. I wanted to help people that faced financial hardships get out of debt.

I have worked with all kinds of customers from disabled, sick, old, young, retirees, business owners, home owners etc

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I saved a clients home who was facing foreclosure due to having had lost a son. He was extremely depressed and the loss of his son was really something that took a toll on him. I’m happy I was able to stop his sale date and he was able to get a fresh start!

How much debt do you have? Do you have any property with equity? How much do you make? Are you suing anyone? Have you sold anything within the last 10 years?
