What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our firm operates on an iCloud portal which means that you have access to your case at your fingertips. You won't have to make an appointment and come to the office to look at your file, you can access it 24 hours per day 7 days per week. This makes us stand out from other firms.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The attorneys who are members of the Sharova Law Firm are licensed attorneys on state and federal level they attended and successfully completed law school.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Having compassion and the need to help others started us in this line of work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It's hard to talk about a project because most of our cases are strictly confidential. I will say, however, that we are a litigation firm, we litigate cases and we fight for our clients' rights. The approaches are of course different depending on facts of each case, in most cases we try to settle if that fails we fight.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make a list of your questions for your consultation with an attorney. Ask questions and listen to the answers, pay attention to the way the attorney is speaking to you. Is he or she really listening? Are they rushing you off the phone? Do they have the experience to help you with your case? This will determine the way they will handle your case if hired.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask questions about the legal process, what the steps are, how long it will take? Make sure to have a list to reference so you don't forget anything.
