Hello and thank you for reviewing my Profile.
While I handle contested divorces with property disputes and child custody disputes, I offer the cheap low cost flat rate of $299.00 for full attorney services on agreed divorces with low or no property and no children.
Since 1992, I have observed parties who have filed no property, no children divorces in Texas without an attorney facing problems finalizing the divorce because the self-represented person is missing paperwork, presenting incorrect documents, or lacking the legal knowledge to handle their divorce. The self-represented person’s inexperience and poor understanding of the law results in frustration, multiple appearances in court, and even dismissal of their pending divorce. While It is your right to represent yourself, this offer gives you the option to have a knowledgeable, experienced firm represent you at a reasonable rate.
The $299.00 rate includes:
Attorney representation from the filing of your agreed no property, no children divorce until it is signed by the Judge;
Attorney Drafting, Signing, and Filing the Original Petition for Divorce and completes all the paperwork associated with your divorce;
Attorney representation at the completion of your divorce, including drafting the Final Decree and closing papers required by your court.
_______________
This Low-Cost Affordable Agreed Divorce is available to residents of the following counties: Bexar, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Jefferson, or Travis Counties.
Request a telephone consultation to ask questions and request a checklist to see if your divorce qualifies.
Thank you,
