What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For Agreed Divorces No Children, no property: from $500. For chapter 7 bankruptcy: $900. For Probate (depends on the issues) from $1200. Wills $350. Trusts: (depends on the issues)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak with you by phone before we meet in my office. A short phone conversation, or, zoom conversation will allow us to determine if I can help you with your legal issues, AND, if we can work together to resolve your issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I continually take refresher courses in law and psychology. I am highly experienced in mediation and settlement processes as well as jury trials and judge only trials

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When growing up in West Texas, I was able to solve problems and resolve complicated issues that others could not. I have always been a natural negotiator and a person who can view issues in a very reasonable way and suggest reasonable solutions which help my clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with divorce, wills, probate, personal injury, contracts and general legal issues. I have represented more than 2000 clients in my career

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was able to settle a very difficult case out of court after my client had hired two previously lawyers who had failed to settle the case.
