What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Doing a complete evaluation on you and the dog!! Which after this giving you a fair price and realistic expectations on what to do with your dog!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, read many trade publications and belong to APDT and attend their annual conference annually! Equally a member of the IAABC!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Knew someone in this field and enjoy working with people and dogs. Been in sales for 36 years, great helping out people! Was working with dogs for over 3-1/2 months prior to getting in the business from 7:30 in the morning till 6:00 at night m-Friday!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Have worked with 1,000's of clients in the past 19 years ! (Now have over 9,000 clients, over 2,000 on thumbtack) Helping my clients and their favorite dog 🐶 on achieving their goals and what they want done with their dog!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

two dogs that were tearing each other apart before I met them. Through proper training they leave each other alone now and actually lick each other! Check out some recent testimonials.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Seek out references, see how much they care about the customer and dog before quoting a price! How does the trainer relate to you and the dog before getting into price or are they just trying get you to agree to quote without meeting you? Are they are apart of any professional organization relating to dog training!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
