What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is closely monitored and comparable with other professional animal care providers. Giving the best service for the best price will always be an important value of Angellily Pet Care.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once contacting a potential customer, I find out what are their needs. If my service is able to accommodate them, we proceed with scheduling a time for a meet and greet or we get right to work. It depends on the job...

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always having been an animal lover, I have continually worked with animals. I started pet sitting in 2000 in Hawaii. From there, I began dog training classes with my new puppy Samson. I fell in love with the process of dog training and how having the basics down, enhanced my connection and improved my relationship with my own dog. I wanted to learn as much as I could and share it with others...hence, I started training on my own and it's been wonderful!

What types of customers have you worked with?

My clients are all different. Since loving your pet is universal, I have worked with a myriad of folks from all different backgrounds and cultures. Always a pleasure meeting and working with so many different people!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

On a recent weekend, I was called to a pet sit for a big happy dog named Luke. He was a sweet and loving guy who enjoys walking and having his ears rubbed. We had a lovely time together, just the two of us in his home so that he felt comfortable while his parents were away. When folks feel like a family member is watching a four-legged family member, they can go on vacation without worry so that they can truly relax. That is the best feeling to give someone. I also sent photos intermittently for updates.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always let my clients know that if I cannot provide the service they need that there are others who do...don't ever give up on your pets!
