What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a quick chat on the phone, then meet in person to see if it's a good fit and discuss training or services needed in more depth. From there we decide what training options suit you, your dog and your lifestyle.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Mentorship under 4 industry-leading trainers. I've learned from both pet and sport dog trainers different techniques and protocols to apply with different cases. I've also years of practical hands on experience handling and caring for dogs of different breeds, ages and temperaments through my volunteer and foster work history.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I did volunteering as a teenager and began fostering in my adult years. Seeing some family struggle with their dogs and having adopted a reactive German Shepherd from the South LA shelter, I began my dive into the training world.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Dog owners who are invested in long term success and progress of their dog's training. I've work regularly with owners living busy lives and needing support in the care of their dogs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped a family's doodle puppy how to settle down, have manners and walk on leash. She was a delight to train and care for.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a trainer committed to teaching you. Beware of low, low pricing as sometimes standard of care for your dog is affected.
