What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

my pricing is fair and competitive. on the first training if the client has more than one dog I do not charge for the extra dog.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always like to have a phone consultation before working with a new client so that I can answer any questions they might have and explain my process and methods to them so they know what to expect when I arrive

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

i finished a one year course and became a certified dog trainer. I have worked with many different dogs and people since that time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been around and lived with dogs my entire life and formed a bond with all of them. I followed my dream to work with dogs for a living and became a certified dog trainer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

when you are looking for a dog trainer I would highly recommend finding one that fits the needs of you and your pup. there are many different training techniques and some may fit you better than others.
