Introduction

** 𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐃 & 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃** Hello! My name is Lisa Murphy. I am the proud owner of four amazing animals I call my family. I believe that all animals need a loving home and a human to call their own. I feel that a connections on an animals level is a very unique quality in a person. I have brought that quality throughout my life and have practiced it a lot amongst training/ understanding and studying dogs. I enjoy everything about working with animals. I think its the greatest gift the world could ever give you. The ability to be around an animal that enjoys your company and tries to understand you, just as much as you are trying to understand them is beyond amazing to me. I have the upmost respect for dogs and their ability to try and do everything we ask of them. I get so much satisfaction out of my job and to me it is the most rewarding part of my life thus far! My rates are as follows. Training --------- 1 hour in house training ONE ON ONE - $90 Dog Walks ------------ 30 minutes -30$ 60 minutes -60$ For each additional dog there is a $5 surcharge. Drop In Visits ---------------- 30 minutes = 35$ 60 minutes = 65$ ((𝕆𝕍𝔼ℝ ℕ𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 𝔹𝕆𝔸ℝ𝔻𝕀ℕ𝔾)) $115/NIGHT •••••DROP OFF AND PICK UP IS AVAILABLE WITH ADDIONAL COST••••• 𝔻𝕆𝔾𝕊 𝕄𝕌𝕊𝕋 𝔹𝔼 𝕆𝕂 𝕎𝕀𝕋ℍ 𝕆𝕋ℍ𝔼ℝ 𝔻𝕆𝔾𝕊 𝔸ℕ𝔻 ℂ𝔸𝕋𝕊. **𝕄𝕌𝕊𝕋 ℕ𝕆𝕋 𝔹𝔼 𝔻𝔼𝕊𝕋ℝ𝕌ℂ𝕋𝕀𝕍𝔼**

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Most of my pricing is set to the standard in which I charge all of my clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I always want to be able to meet the owner of the dog I walk prior to any walks that I may take on. The reasoning behind that is, I like to find out if the dog male or female has any issues with other dogs, If they like to chase other animals, If they have any allergies or medical conditions in which might mean avoiding a specific type of treat I will use during a walk or a training session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have done many years of dog walking and dog training. I did scent detection work with toy poodles, Training them to become diabetic alert dogs. I now do basic training with puppies and dogs alike along with walks also.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I always knew I wanted to be a trainer. I was training my first dog when I was 8 years old and always had a knack for it. I have more patients for dogs then anything else in the world which is why I make a good trainer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all different types of owners from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I am currently training a French bull dog to become a therapy dog. I have done only three sessions with him and now we are looking more into CGC guidelines to get him on his way to do so.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would suggest getting references from the providers recent clients along with taking the time to meet him/her and ask any and all questions about the care they are providing to your dog.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If the customer is really wanting to commit to the training of his or her dog. Most of the time , customers want the training done by the trainer which is fine but the customer has got to be CONSISTANT in the training and HAS GOT TO commit to keeping up with it at all times. The trainer is there to teach the dog, then teach the owner, and then its up to the owner to keep the training alive ! We are always there for a refresh but we hope the owner will continue in what we have taught!!
