Johnson's Dog Training Academy

We offer fair pricing that includes training the dog and more importantly we train the owner to communicate with the dog and up keep the dogs training. We offer free pick-up and drop-off service for customers in close proximity to the training facilities.

The customer along with the dog will meet with us at the training facility where we will discuss the dogs tendencies. We will then evaluate the dog through a series of exercises to determine the best training method that will produce improved results.

Over the last seven years, we have trained service dogs for surrounding police departments in New Jersey.

I am from Little Rock, Ark I have always had a working dog to company me during farm work. Since a child I've had a passion and love for dogs. I sent my dogs to training and once their training was complete I was very astonished of the improved results. I started to volunteer with a dog trainer as a teenager, I developed a love for training and helping dog owners get the best out of their dog.

We have trained dogs for families, police, and military services dogs. We work with businesses that need guard dog protection on business premises.

Most recently we trained a 2 year old Cane Corso for obedience and personal protection for a family in 5 weeks. We also trained 2 Germen shepherds for obedience and modification trained. It took 6 weeks for this training and the results were perfect. The shepherds are no longer digging in the yard and are able to walk on and off leash without leash pulling or running away from the owner.

Look for a trainer that will educate you the owner on how to communicate and up keep the training for your pet. Just because a trainer has expensive prices does not mean a thorough job will be done.

What am I doing to cause this behavior in my dog? Is my dog getting enough exercise? Does the dog know whom its owner is? Is my dog getting enough socialization time with other dogs?
