Please note, we've moved! As of June 2022, we are now located in a rural part of Baldwinsville, NY. (Exact address will be provided to boarding and daycare clients when booking). At CNY Pet Care "Paw"vider, we cater to you and your pet's needs and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pet is safe, comfortable and happy. CNY Pet Care "Paw"vider offers pet care services to dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes, cats and other small animals. We will come to your home and care for your pet whether it's one stop per day while you are at work or on vacation and need more frequent stops. We also offer boarding for cats, dogs & other small animals at our new facility located on our property next to our home. Doggy Daycare is not offered on a consistent weekly/daily basis while pet owners are at work, but if you need your pet to come for the day periodically while mom/dad take a little day trip on the weekends, give us a call! This service is offered at our new facility located on our property next to our home. We also provide nail trims on well behaved pets. Need your pet transported to the vets, groomers or picked up/dropped off for boarding with us? No problem! We’ve got you covered! We also offer basic private one on one dog training sessions. Please note, we don’t typically provide in person service for clients over 25/30 miles from the Baldwinsville area. If you are over that, we can offer you virtual sessions via zoom. The rate for any of our mobile services is based on the distance we have to travel, how many pets we are caring for and what the visits entail. We feel it's very important to put our client's minds at ease so we send daily updates on how your pets are doing including pictures if you'd like. Owner operated. Owner is certified in first aid and CPR for dogs and cats. Owner is a volunteer with Big Fluffy Dogs Rescue fostering dogs in her home. Many years of experience working with animals (doing all positions at several animal hospitals and as a district manager running vaccination clinics for dogs & cats) Owner is a volunteer at Clear Path For Veterans - (Dogs2Vets/Canine Program working with dogs in training to become service dogs) Owner is a member of PFNE - (Regional Great Pyrenees Club), a volunteer with National Great Pyrenees Rescue Group, member of Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America & member of Bernese Mountain Dog Club of the Finger Lakes. We launched our online store in 2018 selling multiple pet products. After just recently undergoing some virtual construction, we have decreased our inventory at this present time selling only CBD products for dogs and cats as well as gift cards.

My rate is based on the type of service, distance I have to travel, number of pets and what my visit entails.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically like to conduct meet and greets first with potential clients to make sure it's going to be a good fit for both parties and to answer all questions that they may have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- Bachelors in Business Management - I have worked at 3 different animal hospitals throughout the years doing all positions - I was a district manager for 3 1/2 years at a company doing vaccination clinics for dogs and cats - I'm currently attending school to become a Certified professional dog trainer. I’ve completed my first course with the academy so am able to teach the basics right now. Once I complete my current course, I can offer more extensive training. - I'm also a volunteer for Clear Path For Veterans - Dogs2VetsProgram. - I am an actual business so I am licensed - I filed my DBA and operate under cny pet care "paw"vider - I'm insured for the safety of my client's pets

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always wanted to work with animals and own my own business. At early age I realized my love my animals so when I was old enough to get a job I started working at a veterinary hospital. I wanted to do more though. I wanted to take it to the next step, a different level...so I took a leap and opened up my own business :)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire somebody that has experience working with animals. Incase of an emergency, it is reassuring to know your fur babies are in the hands of a professional. I would highly recommend hiring someone who is licensed and insured. You don't want just anybody coming into your home. You should be able to trust this person.
