Our pricing is based on Bark Busters life of the dog guaranteed support and depends on how many dogs are a part of the pack/family and which ones need training.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is simple. Give us a call at our office and our Booking Manager will ask some questions about your pup(s), the issues you're experiencing, and share details about how Bark Busters can help!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bark Busters has a comprehensive and thorough training program for Bark Buster trainers. I have been trained and certified by some of the best canine behavioral therapists, trainers, and nutritionists.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I became a Bark Buster when my hired them to help my train my dog, Bruce. I adopted him 5 years ago and he had extreme separation anxiety. After working with my trainer, I saw life changing results and built a deeper bond with my Brucey boy. I left my career as a teacher to become a Bark Buster and the rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of breeds, ages, and issues. From aggression and reactivity, barking, jumping, separation anxiety, leash pulling, biting, destruction, puppy training - you name it, I've seen it! You can learn more about what I can help clients with on my website.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all dog training is created equal. Bark Busters training is harm-free and non-physical (no e-collar, shock, or prong collars) and treat-free (bribing dogs for good manners) and those methods are not effective for addressing and resolving behavioral issues and often times can make certain issues worse. Our methodology was developed based on dog psychology and communication. We teach our clients how to speak dog because most behavioral problems stem from miscommunication between dogs and humans. Our nurturing, dog-friendly approach gets results because it is built on leadership, respect, and trust – not harsh punishment or bribery. Your dog is a part of your family and they want to be integrated as such. When you speak the same language, it makes everything easier for both you and your pup, creating a happier life together.
