Introduction

Bill enlisted in the US Navy in November of 1996. During his tenure he assumed duties as a Military Working Dog (MWD) Patrol/Narcotic/Bomb Handler, Kennel Master, and Instructor. He trained & certified over 256 MWDs while in the US Navy. In 2006 he was honorably discharged from active duty. One of the most rewarding things in my Job is when I see the owners come back to pick up their dogs after 15 days of training, and the dogs are so happy to see their owners. Then when the owner sees how amazing the dogs are with the training, it makes me feel great. This has to be one of the most rewarding jobs that there is.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have many different way to train your dog pricing starts at $130 and goes up depending on the service you are looking for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will Contact them and let them explain to me what kind of training they are looking into for their dog to make sure that they get what they are paying for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been training Dogs for over 15 years both in and out of the service, I am certified in both AKC CGC along with Therapy Dog Unlimited. I also can Certify Service dogs through the Service Dogs Foundation. Completed both MWD school and Instructor school while I was in the US Navy. With over the 1000 plus dogs I have trained this gives me one of the most important things of all Hands on Experience, with many different breeds and behaviors allowing me to pass on my expertise to my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was a passion of my when growing up in a small town in MA where we had a farm and raised different animals and dogs. My real work started when I became the Military Working Dog (MWD) Handler in the Navy this is where my love of training Dogs took off.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients due to the type of job I have, most people have dogs and most need there dogs trained by a professional trainer.

What comes with the training we provide is a guarantee, we feel we take that much pride in our work to be able to give the guarantee to our clients.
