What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Board and train is 550.00 a week with a two week minimum Some, puppies I suggest 3 weeks

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting them and their pet discussing their home , work situation and time for pet. Exploring any issues that need correction and lessons for the owner on how to work with their dog

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been showing breeding and training German Shepherds and training clients pets for over 30 years

Owning my own dogs that needed more training

I have worked with all types customers and dog personalities

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I rescued a German Shepherd whos owner died and no one could get near him He was tied to a tree very aggressive scared and upset Already bit a trainer and no one would help. 2 months later he is thriving good with other dogs still a little aggressive with strangers for a moment learning and do obedience work and fun type agility Doing Fantastic!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Asses your pets needs and find some one qualified with their issues Be comfortable and understand there is no set pattern for training all dogs Their are variables and the program should be tailored to your pets needs

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask for references Am I comfortable with this person Will they put the time in for me to follow thru Where will my dog be trained?
