Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Single 2-hour At-Home Consultation ($135) goes far beyond a simple meet-and-greet. This consultation allows us to assess your dog thoroughly, understand the challenges you're facing, and align with your household’s goals. You'll receive actionable guidance and practical solutions on the spot, often enough to make noticeable progress without the need for further sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Every client and every dog is different. We have a general game plan for each session but immediately tailor it to the dog and owner for their specific issues. We don't want to waste time working on issues they're not having.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Received a formal education at Highland Canine Training School for Dog Trainers. I have worked with working dogs, service dogs, general obedience for pet dogs, and behavior modification cases.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I became interested in dog training out of necessity. I felt that the trainers that were available to me did not have enough understanding or training as I would have liked. I also did not believe that you could properly train dogs in the short periods they were selling. So I left the Marine Corps to pursue a formal education in dog training to do what I felt was the right and honest way to train dogs.
