Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing varies depending on the pet service you are requesting. If you are boarding or requesting service long term 14+ days or more, there is a discount. Please contact for more info.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When meeting with you and your pets for the first time, we will schedule a meet and greet to get to know you and your pets routine. This ensures that we are both a good fit for each other and the service needed. We are located all over the valley, and will match you up with one of our "Pawfect" pet sitters in the area.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
The owner, Amber Maus, has over 30 years of experience with different animals including exotics, including owning her own dog rescue. With her experience and knowledge of animals, she has passed on her experience and training to her team of pet professionals. She is also experienced with veterinary practice and our team of professionals have been trained to administer medications and insulin shots for diabetic dogs/cats.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Amber owned her own dog rescue where she would help dogs that were severely neglected and matted, and nurse them back to good health, finding them loving homes. She would occasionally do dog walks or boarding for those who asked, and soon realized it was the passion she wanted to follow. She has expanded her business into many areas throughout the Arizona Valley and enjoys teaching her team her skills with animals and becoming a professional pet sitter.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with many different clients and their pets; including cats, dogs, diabetic dogs, elderly dogs/cats, and shy dogs. We also have knowledge of reptiles, fish, small animals, birds, and exotics including Hedgehogs, Savannah Cats and Sugar Gliders.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There are many pet sitters, but hiring a professional can make a huge difference especially if they are experienced with working with different breeds of dogs, cats, and of course small animals/exotics. We are also very reliable, professional, bonded, insured, and Pet CPR certified to handle the needs of all our client's fur-babies. It is our priority to make sure our clients have peace of mind, and their fur-babies are comfortable, happy, safe, and healthy! We are clean, very detailed, and have a huge passion for animals and want to give them the "PAWFECT" love and care they deserve!
