What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m very reasonable compared to the other companies & I’m confident that my prices reflect the service And I do take into consideration The Hardships people sometimes find themselves in So my prices do very under those conditions

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to include them in every part of the Grooming And to take our time Grooming The doggies so it makes it a fun experience for them something they look forward too

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both my Groomers are certified I used to work for a Veterinarian & I’m bonded & insured We always put the Animal & it’s well being first

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I own a pet care company & I wanted to be full service we pet sit about 10 months out of the year & I wanted to ad it to my already established Buisness Now I fallen in love with the Mobile Grooming aspect & my 2 wonderful Groomers

What types of customers have you worked with?

Famous & high end Middle class And I have a heart for single mothers & Fathers I’ve worked with people who were previously show dog owners & people who just let us do what the breed cut is

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My Groomer did a Labradoodle Murphy who were scheduled for every 3 weeks The customer left me a beautiful text not only saying how beautiful he looked But that they mentioned Murphy hadn’t had a walk that day So my Groomer happily gave Murphy his much needed walk as well she was beyond touched by this & mentioned his Gratuity would reflect that as wall I was so touched

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you don’t use my services Always always make sure especially in a stationary dog grooming facility that you can watch your dog being groomed and they’re not hiding it behind brick walls and putting them in cages were there blowing high power dryers on them it really is traumatic on them Always be suspicious if someone won’t let you include them in the dog Grooming process

Just be honest about the doggies current condition & how long since their prior Grooming & exactly what you’d like
