What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically like to do a meet and greet with the owner and the dog to formally introduce myself, socialize and answer any questions that may arise.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Dogs are my passion and have self taught myself through reading books and online researching.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for Rover.com for 3 years with 30 5 Star Reviews from different customers. I really loved it and decided why not do something similar.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers. Some are older and need more help with their high energy dogs. I have worked with families helping them interact with their dogs better.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project is the website I built for my business. I studied software engineering and decided I would build my page from scratch when I opened up my first business. I am proud to have made that accomplishment!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for references. If they are trustworthy and have a good reputation, their clients should be able to vouch for it. They should love dogs 100%
