All staff are Pet First Aid/CPR certified and have extensive experience administering medications (insulin, oral cat medications, etc) Available for daily walks, kitty check-ins, overnight pet sitting, and pet transportation. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is we set up a free Meet and Greet. This visit is about 20 minutes and an ideal time to answer any questions you might have. Before the meet, I will send you a link to the online client portal. From here you can add information on your pets, vet and emergency contact information etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Pet First Aid and CPR certified Volunteered at Geauga County Humane Society Worked at private zoo in Chicago-Samantha's Amazing Animals Started dog walking in 2012

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started dog walking in 2012 to get my doggy fix. Absolutely fell in love and ended up working 7 days a week while still working 40+ hours in the corporate world. Decided to follow my dreams in 2019 and start my own Pet Care business

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a variety of clients and since the pandemic, I've added new types of clients. I have clients that now work from home but still need their pups walked during the day. Some clients use me only when they are going on vacation because they trust their pets and home are in great hands.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A face-to-face meet is critical when determining who is the best person to care for your pet. You and your pet want to be confident you trust this person to come into your house and care for your precious pet. These days the meet and greet are a little shorter because of the pandemic but a professional pet sitter will gather the information they need about your pet before the meet.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the pet sitter insured and bonded? Is the pet sitter pet first aide/CPR certified? Does the pet sitter have references? How long have they been a pet sitter/dog walker? Have they had any challenges as a pet sitter and how do they handle them?
