What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All services require a free meet and greet. During this meeting we will get to know you and your pet, take note of any instructions for each of our visits before we start providing service.

We have been taking care of pets for over a decade

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our journey began with a simple love for pets and the joy they bring. We realized we could turn this passion into a profession, creating a service where every dog feels like part of our family. We treat each pet as if they were our own, providing a loving, safe, and enriching experience on every walk. Nothing brings us more satisfaction than seeing our clients’ tails wagging and knowing we’re making a difference in their lives and the lives of their owners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have customers throughout the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia area with all different sizes and types of dogs. We also have customers with cats, turtles, and other pets that we take care of at no extra charge.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent project that stands out is expanding our services to a new neighborhood where pet care options were limited. We set up a community event to introduce ourselves, offering free dog walks and consultations to build trust. Within a month, we gained several loyal clients and strengthened our bond with the local pet-loving community. The project took about four weeks from planning to full implementation, and it was incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact on both pets and their owners.”

You are giving someone access to your house and pet, so make sure you hire a reliable and trustworthy walker by meeting them and requesting references.
