Right now, my hourly rate is 25.00. I usually go over an hour with cleaning and providing companionship to pets. They Love ❤️ my companionship and affection and time I spend with them. They hate to see me leave. I need to raise my rate but haven't yet. driving to and from jobs takes a lot of time and gas. A little help with gas would be very helpful!! I never do a 30 minute visit but can. Cleaning takes time. 30 minute visit is 23.00. Overnight job is 70.00 and for the day too. All my pets really love ❤️ me and I Love them all like my own and love them to pieces!! Been told I'm a Magical pet whisperer so well worth the money and my time!! I will be a Godsend and a Treasure!!

This doesn't finish the question 😐 but I guess it is working with a new customer. I have a meet and greet with a new customer and their pets or pet. I have them show me everything they do to take care of their babies. show me around their home and have them ask any questions they have and I ask any questions I have. I have them show me the entry to the home. I greet the pets and get to know them and let them get comfortable and feeling safe and happy 😊 with me. I pet them and maybe play with them and gain their trust with me. I get to know the customer and the pets and gain their trust and show them I am trustworthy and reliable and an exceptional pet sitter!! Help the pets sense my love 💓 ❤️ for them!! Make sure the job is a great fit!! Set up payment arrangements. Tell customer and pets it was a pleasure and privilege to meet you all!! 😊

Just did some volunteering at the Humane Society and watched the animals at the adoption. I have a 3-year degree in Court Reporting, Associates degree, which covered every study.! I had a kitty with kidney disease and had to learn how to give fluids and give medications to him. was kind of hard but recommended by his Vet. I did it because I loved him!! I now have a License by the State of Florida for Pet Sitting and a member of the Manantee Pet Sitters Association. I have had pets and mostly kitties all my life since I was child. Have Always had kitties since I was a child and have two now. one is an escape artist and the other has a mood disorder!! They are a lot of work but I LOVE ❤️ THEM DEARLY and Love the pets I care for just as much ❤️!! I LOVED working 💪 at the Humane Society as a Kitty cuddler and other duties but got too busy to keep doing it!! It was very rewarding!! There is a mistake in my Profile!!! It says I Court Reported for 35 years but it was Only 25 years!! I'm NOT that old!! I worked 💪 in 5 different states!! I had two Persian kitties for 20 wonderful years ❤️ 💖!! This summer I took care of a very handsome playful Bengal kitty several weeks and fell in Love ❤️ with him!! He warmed up to me quickly and liked me from the first meeting!! Max had a wonderful time with me playing, being pet, receiving affection and attention from me, I talked to him a lot, he ate well, waited for me by the door, walked me out to the door. The customer sadly 😥 😔 had to re-home him 😢 and I'm hoping I can take care of him at his new home!! I ❤️ really Miss him!! I know he would remember me!! I have over 8 years of On-the-job experience.!! I ❤️ love taking Care of pets!! A longtime customer said I was a magical pet whisperer!! That was so nice!!

It is God's will that I work with his animals because they are special to him and I am special to Him. I basically Love all animals and they make me happy and I make them happy. I wanted a profession that was rewarding for me and I definitely found it!! I ❤️ am very Passionate about ALL pets!! I love ❤️ ALL ANIMALS!! I loved Court Reporting but it was stressful and demanding and never received a Thank you!! I find pet sitting very rewarding and my Pets I take care I know really appreciate what I do for them And the Love ❤️ I share with them!! and their parents appreciate me a lot too!! They compliment me quite often!! it's very nice to hear kind words and be appreciated 😊 🙂 both by my pets and the customers!! I was just looking on the computer for potential new careers and God showed me Thumbtack and I filled everything out not knowing how it would turn out and my business has grown and grown.!! It can be feast or famine which can be hard but I am ambitious and determined and persevering so I always ❤️ make it through with God's grace 🙏 and help!! Job leads have been slow right now and I tend to worry some but it usually changes. 😅 I have several regular customers now but one is moving out of state and one is ill but things are always changing but have had several same customers for years who dearly love me so I'm not too concerned!! Always nice to have some new customers though!! ☺️ 😊 🙂

I have worked with mostly professional customers. Middle to upper class customers. So far, I have gotten along very well with ALL of them!! I am very easy to get along with!! I get along with most e everyone!! I am very easy-going and a sensitive person and very mellow and laid back. I just am very easy to get along with. I am a Very sweet kind of shy woman and get along well with everyone!! The customers I have worked with are very good to me and respect me and always say they trust me with their pets and their home. I also think very highly of them!! They are very great people!! Middle class to very upper class people!! They really love me and Love ❤️ me taking Care of their of babies!!! one customer said she only trusts me!! one said I was a magical pet whisperer!! I was able to get her hiding kitty out from under the bed and to come out into the home and visit with me!! and not to be afraid of me!! she Sat in the living room with me the rest of the visits, a few weeks!! Basically, I Love ❤️ all my customers and they love me and my work too!! Never ANY complaints!! Awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖

I am honestly most proud of my own cat because I spend the most time with him. He tries to escape the front door when I leave and come home, and that is a no-no. I don't want him getting flees. I never let him get out! It is hard not letting him get his way but it is for his best. He was sick and I made two trips to the vet with him and he was very hard to get in the box but I did it. It took a while but he finally did get back to his normal playful self! He is very curious about everything, checks everything out, stays by my side, loves to be petted and eat and drink and sleep when he wears him self out. I was very much in Love with him. Had two previous cats and never thought I would ever get another one, but I finally got to the point where I found Tigger, and he makes me smile inside and give me a lot of attention and company! I wrote this a long time ago. My favorite job prospect was with a very beautiful handsome Bengal kitty!!! I fell in love with him and couldn't help it!! We really were a GREAT MATCH!! THEY need a lot playful stimulation!! so we spent a lot of time playing together ❤️ and he had a wonderful time!!! and so did I!! He ate all his yummy food and even enjoyed my petting him!! he was waiting for me to come in in the morning and walked me to the door when I had to leave!!! I spent extra time with Max!! I felt he needed the time!! He had such a great time playing and being with Me!! I took a lot of photos of him and sent some to his dad!! kept some for me!! The sad part is the customer had to re-home him 😔 😢 😞 😪!!! I let him know to give my information to the new owner!! He may try to. I ❤️ really MISS MAX!!! IM HOPING TO SEE HIM AGAIN 😔 🙏 😢 MAX WAS VERY FAVORITE 😍 ❤️ 💙 PET IN 8 YEARS!!! I WISH HE WOULD HAVE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO TAKE HIM!! I MAYBE COULD HAVE TOOK HIM INTO MY HOME!! HE WAS VERY HANDSOME AND VERY ADORABLE!! HE REALLY LOVED ME AND I SURE LOVED HIM!! HE MADE ME LAUGH 😃 TOO!! HE WAS VERY FUNNY 😁 THE WAY HE PLAYED!! BUT I'M SO GRATEFUL 🙏 🥲 WE HAD THAT TIME TOGETHER ❤️ 🙏 😌 !! VERY PRECIOUS MEMORIES!!! I BELIEVE HE WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE PET PROJECT 💓 !! WAS DEFINITELY A GODSEND AND MEANT TO BE!!

I think this question is what advice would you give a customer looking to hire? Have to get ready for a job soon. I think Trust is very important. hire someone who you trust with your pets is very important. also, hire someone who you know will give true unconditional Love ❤️, lots of love, and companionship, and their time, and be reliable. Those are very important.!! You want a sitter who treats your pets like GOLD and really is an animal lover!! and who will definitely BE THERE!! NO MATTER WHAT!! I have never missed a DAY in 8 years!!! I haven't had a chance to even look for a backup and I need to do that!!! As humans, we get sick now and then or an emergency comes up or a car may have a problem and so someone who is reliable is important!!

I was a very successful court reporter for 30-plus years and technology and software just kept getting very expensive so I decided to follow my passion. I am self-motivated, reliable, a very pleasant personality, affectionate. Animals love me because I am doing what god created me to do! I am a special, unique person. I don't know how to get a photo on here, but I am an attractive blond hair, brown eyes, above average in looks I have been told. I dress very well but not afraid to get dirty and don't mind cleaning up messes! I am safety conscious! I am cautious. I am a perfectionist and and have good hearing, seeing, and listening! I HAVE TO MAKE A CORRECTION HERE!! IT SAYS I COURT REPORTED FOR 30 YEARS!! THAT IS A MISTAKE. SORRY!! IT WAS ONLY 25 YEARS!! IN 5 DIFFERENT STATES. I'M NOT THAT OLD!!! LOL. I DIDN'T ❤️ KNOW GOD WOULD 🙏 🙌 LAND ME INTO A PROFESSION THAT I WOULD LOVE ❤️ SO MUCH!! Customers should ask do you have any experience in pet sitting or how long have you been pet sitting? What are your rates? Do you charge for gas? What times can you be available to come by for the pets? Why are you a good fit for this job? Have you done any similar jobs like this one? what do you charge per hour? Do you have other jobs at the same time?
