At Fetch! Pet Care of Greater Schaumburg, caring for pets is our passion and we know that trust is important. You don’t want to feel like you are leaving your furry family in the hands of a complete stranger. We are Michele & Joe and we have owned and operated Fetch! Pet Care of Greater Schaumburg since 2008. Pets have ALWAYS been our passion. As children we both were known for bringing home stray animals, helping them find a new home – if it was not our own. Fast forward a few years… Joe discovered the Pet Industry in college. From early on owning Pet Stores, to a Pet Product manufacturing company to finally Pet Care Services – Joe has covered the industry spectrum! Michele followed a path in Corporate America in various industries – all specializing in Client Relations – before joining Joe in the family business. Our passion for animals is very diverse everything from dogs, cats, birds and more traditional small animals to more exotic animals like lizards, caiman, sugar gliders and cockatoos. Our family has been involved with Animal Rescue since 2007. This involvement helped our home circus as our family grew from our son, Cody, & daughter, Courtney, to include 5 Boston Terriers, 4 Cats and a Greater Sulfur Crested Cockatoo. Today.. our house is ruled by our Boston Terrier, Logan, and cats – Rocky, Levi, Mango, Nala & Nugget. There is NEVER a dull moment, trust us, and we would have it no other way! Fetch! Pet Care of Greater Schaumburg in 2008 out of our own need for reliable pet care. Our family loves to travel. Having furry family members is always a responsibility, whether you are home or not. We hated to impose on friends, family and neighbors to take care of our circus while we were on the road. Looking for reliable, trustworthy care for our furry family was a challenge!!! We decided to venture into the world pet care giving to bring others the peace of mind they need while they were away by providing top notch, reliable & trustworthy care for their furry family. Our family is so excited to meet yours! Our team is even more excited to bring you peace of mind with the reliable & trustworthy service we provide when you cannot be home with your furry best friend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Determining right fit is the first step - matching customer needs for their furry family with one of our professional sitters plus a back up to ensure we always have your tail covered! We get to know you, your furry family and the routine you want established or continued while you’re away.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 40 years experience with animals ranging from dogs & cats to more exotics such as sugar gliders, caiman, geckos, chameleons, & snakes

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Looking for a professional pet sitter started our journey in 2008. With 5 dogs, 3 cats, 7 sugar gliders and a sulfur crested cockatoo we had a lot to care for while we were away. Imposing on friends, family & neighbors was not an option we were comfortable with.
