How did you get started doing this type of work?

I at one time was severely obese, living a life of unhealthy habits and destructive lifestyle. I was able to make a complete change, when I adapted regular exercise and proper nutrition into my lifestyle, considering the way I was able to find the potential in myself to be the best version of me, I feel obligated to do the same for others My passion is to bring the joy and euphoria to people's lives that stems from an exercise/health conscious and most importantly nutrition conscious mindset.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud of two of my longest term clients who equally weighed 300 lbs but with exercise adaption and proper nutrition adaption to their daily lives have been able to drop over 50 lbs apiece! And dropping! Taryn howell is in the process of obtaining her dream of becoming a police officer through the proper training required for the police academy physical exam, all while replacing 30 lbs of fat with muscle in the process. Brandon smallwood weighed in at 215 lbs with a testosterone level of 150, within 8 weeks he has lost a total of 15 lbs and his testosterone levels are now in the 700s Mel houchen age 66 starting weight: 283 lbs is well on his way to obtaining his goal weight of 250 in 3 short months. 1 month down and he has lost 8 lbs and dropping! Janky Singh Started out with me at a total of 220 lbs. In 8 short weeks he is 20 lbs down and dropping, has dramatically improved his core strength and is continuing to trade fat for muscle.
