Keeping Tails Wagging Since 2002! Waggy Walkys LLC is a professional dog walking and pet care company that has serviced thousands of clients. We are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our staff must pass a 50 state background check to work for us. We pride ourselves on pet safety, thoroughly screened staff, and excellent customer service. We have an easy-to-use app that lets you make simple scheduling adjustments, receive check in and out notifications, digital pet updates and photos from each visit as well as GPS tracking! We know we can never take your place in the loving eyes of your pet – but we sure can serve as an awesome fill-in when you’re at work, too busy or away on vacation.

Pricing may vary depending on date, length and frequency of visit. Please submit your request with as much detail as possible for the most accurate quote. I.e., for dog walking and pet sitting, what... Days of the week: Time block during the day: Length of visits: ...do you need? With this info we can send you the most accurate quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to work with you to arrange the best possible care for your pets! We love to take the time to get to know you, and your pets routine, to provide the pets you love so much the care they deserve!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are animal lovers through and through! All of our staff are subject to 50 state background checks. They then go through an orientation and training program through our HR department at our home offices in Falls Church Va.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2002 our company's owners started out as private dog walkers themselves. Our love of animals starts from the top down! Through their dedication to our clients and care for their pets, our reputation and demand for business grew. Over the years we have grown to employ more than 200 qualified dog walkers and pet sitters, servicing our ever growing clientele nationwide.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers from all walks of life, with all different kinds of needs. If you love your pet, that's what matters to us!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are all about helping those in need! We have recently been working with retirement communities to provide walkers for those residents who are no longer able to get their pups out for those long brisk walks they love so much.

Here are a few questions to consider when looking into hiring any dog walker, pet sitter, or independent pet care company: 1) Are they Licensed with the state to do business? Proof of licence? 2) Do they have full coverage liability Insurance with proof? 3) Do they have full coverage Theft Bonding Insurance with proof? 4) Do they use safety lanyards on all walks so that a dog does not run away or get hit by a car if they drop a leash? 5) How long have they been in business? 6) Do they have 24/7 customer service? 7) Do they offer free report logs each visit? 8) Do they know basic first aid? 9) Do they use Vet Release forms in case of an emergency when you are away? 10) Do they have easy paperless billing that gives you paid itemized invoices to your email?
