What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

With our services we do charge per pet / per service day ( not per 24hrs ). We do provide discounts as well for additional pets. We will explain more in depth during our meeting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally we do a meet & greet face to face so that we can get to know our clients and our new fur friends! We discuss what their expectations of us are and what do we have to do in order to take care of their pets & their home. We ask questions about your animal’s behavior and if they are up to date with their shots.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always wanted to work as a veterinarian as a child, but as my life changed the older I got, I realized that being a pet sitter would be more suitable for me. Eventually my mother decided to join me in my business and we’ve been working together ever since!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with many different types of customers. Most of our clients, at first, were very emotional when leaving their pets with a new sitter. As time progressed we gained our client’s trust due to our work ethic & reliability.
