What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have pricing comparable to those in the area. The service is excellent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to talk to the customer, learn about them and their pets. Then arrange an in-person meeting. It is important to be clear about what they need and WANT so that we can make sure their service matches or exceeds their expectations. We aim to please, always.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Kelly says: I've been meeting and exceeding pet owners' expectations all of my life. Heather and I have been doing it together for over 10 years. Pets always vet our credentials when they meet us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Kelly says: "From the time I was a small child my mother always told me I had a "thing" for pets and old people. We always just connected. I have always taken a sort of joy from my time with pets, specifically dogs and cats. They just bring me happiness. I think Heather gets a lot of that from me. Heather has a love for pets, and most animals, that is unmatched. She still tells me to pull over whenever we see a stray animal. Of course, I learned not to do that. haha We have ended up with a lot of our own animals and learned that a pet sitting business was going to be the best way to satisfy our desire to share our hearts with pets. We enjoy spending a lot of our time with animals everyday."

We have worked with just about every kind of customer you can think of. From the ones that hide from you to the ones that won't leave you alone. Of course, they both have their advantages.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are looking for someone to give your pet love and genuine care, you aren't going to be disappointed with the service we provide.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In this, and ALL business dealings, try to think about what you really want. That way you can be clear in what you're asking for and then you make sure you get what you paid for.
