I’ve worked at 2 dog daycare/boarding facilities and 2 veterinary clinics! Now I’m a full time pet sitter/business owner!! I offer walks, drop ins & overnights in the owners home! I love animals more than people. They are very interesting. They all have different temperaments and personalities. One important thing I’ve learned from working with animals is patience. Patience is very important when taking care of animals. Just like humans, animals also have boundaries that need to be respected. Another important thing is building bonds with the furr babies and it’s one of my favorite things about this job 💛 Over the years I have taken care of many different types of breeds and ages of dogs. I have experience with seizures, oral medication and injection medicine like insulin. I also have experience with anxiety, cancer, abused, rescued, blind and deaf. I also have experience with dog aggressive, leash aggressive, food aggression, kid aggressive and male and female aggressive dogs. I’m also used to watching more than 5 dogs at a time. If you have extremely hyper dogs I also have experience with that. I have a couple of clients that have been regulars for 8 years. I understand that some dogs need time to get comfortable with new people. I’ve worked with many dogs that need a few visits before a booking to warm up. So if your pup needs a few visits before a booking I’m available for that! Trust is a big thing! Not only do you need to trust me to take care of your animal, but they also need to be able to trust me. Also no dog is too big for me! I watch a very big great dane that is extremely dog aggressive! So no size or behavioral issue is a problem 😊 I also have experience with cats, chickens, fish, lizards, turtles, birds and ferrets!! Full time pet sitter so I’m available for walks and drop ins during the week and weekends! Your pup won’t be left alone for more than 5/6 hours if it’s an overnight stay during the week while I do my weekly walks! Message me for more details! When dogsitting I’m at the house with the pups playing and giving them belly rubs and taking them for walks! I will make sure they are happy and safe. I will send you cute pics of your pups having fun! I’ve owned 3 homes, raised 2 kids as a single mom, 3 dogs and 3 cats. I work remotely so can spend 24/7 with your fur baby/babies, am extremely responsible and respectful of homeowners’ spaces. I am over 50 and a very experienced house & pet sitter. I love all kinds of animals and am happy to sit, walk, watch & care for them any day or night, preferably for an extended period of time….at YOUR PLACE.
