What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When working with a new customer, the typical process involves initial contact where the customer reaches out, followed by assessing their needs and establishing clear communication to understand their expectations. A proposal or quotation is then provided outlining pricing and details, leading to the formalization of terms through an agreement or contract. The onboarding process ensues to gather necessary information, after which services are delivered or products fulfilled as agreed upon. Subsequently, feedback is sought from the customer for improvement and addressing any concerns, while maintaining regular communication to build a strong relationship for potential future opportunities.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I transitioned into the pet care industry after working as a Dental Assistant/Tech, a role I was deeply passionate about. When the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated putting my career on hold, I made the challenging decision to embark on a new path alongside my husband by founding Bones K-9. Reflecting back almost four years later, I can confidently say that this transition has proven to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.
