Peak rates increase $10 a visit. Holiday rates increase by $18 per visit. Holiday and peak rates encourage our pet sitters to spend time with your fur family rather than their own. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is all-inclusive. It includes all pets in your household, lots of TLC, medication/insulin admin (if needed), feeding, cleaning and refilling food/water bowls, litter love (box cleaning), package/mail/newspaper retrieval, plant care are all included in one price. One rate, no additional charges! The visit durations start at 15 minutes for $28.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a complimentary meet and greet with one of our experienced sitters in your home. We set you up in our online app accessible from a computer and a smart phone. After each visit, you will receive a summary of the visit, picture of your pet and a pet report card. All self-scheduling and payments are done online making it easy and convenient!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are pet CPR certified, pet first aid certified and Fear Free certified. Our number one priority is the safety of your pets!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With animal shelter, pet emergency room, pet specialty and independent pet sitting experience, I found my niche. We offer first-class pet care and cat behavior therapy modification. It's absolutely amazing doing what we love everyday!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you want the best care for your pet, look no further! We always conduct a complimentary in-home meet and greet to become familiar with you and your pets. Every member of our small team is experienced in the veterinary field and thoroughly vetted prior to hire. Everyone is required to pass a criminal background check and an extensive professional/personal reference check.
