What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge by the 15 minute increment not by the number of pets. Even though Thumbtack does not give us the ability to list it, our shortest visit is a quicky 15 minute pet sit or dog walk. Ask for pricing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In-home meeting with clients and their pets, to gather information about your home, your pet's routine and ensure we are a good fit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Myself and all staff are certified Fear Free, Fetch Find, Pet CPR & First Aid. And Karen Pryor clicker training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this work when my time was spent pet sitting for friends and giving advice on how to handle pet problems so often it intruded on my 40 hour a week job!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We handle all types of companion and pocket pets. We love caring for elderly pets that may have specific needs related to aging.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please ensure the person has insurance and bonding! Fear Free certification will ensure your pets gets care that is as stress free as possible with positive reinforcement ONLY!
