We review all projects in person to ensure we are quoting accurately and completely before pricing a project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We head out to the house for a free estimate to address all of customer's concerns and match possible product solutions. We estimate the project with multiple bids and make sure our customers get the best match for their needs. We have countless photographs and product samples we can review.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Nationally trained and certified by all of our manufacturers. We are Lead Certified to work on all homes built before 1978.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked with Pella as a trainee fresh out of college. Learned to love the business and have been working in the door and window business ever since.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We replaced all the windows in my neighbors house, the project took three days (multiple stories) and featured every style of window imaginable.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure you fully understand what you are purchasing and how that relates to all of your options. Make sure every installation detail is discussed up front to ensure a smooth installation.
