unfold fold
We are not the least expensive, but we do provide the best value for the money. We do offer discounts for senior citizens, military, and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
AAMA Certified installation masters EPA certified for lead paint renovation 37 years in the industry and 24 years with this company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Fell in love with it right out of college in 1984 and have been serving the Valley ever since. Our company was founded here in Phoenix in 1997.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We are very proud of a recent energy efficiency home makeover we did for a residential Glendale family. We replaced 37 different windows throughout the house and installed 2 beautiful French entry doors. The homeowners couldn't have been more excited, and we couldn't have been more excited to see them happy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
In addition to reading reviews, they should check the company out with the BBB and ROC. The last thing they should do before giving their money to a company is pull the companies Experian credit report to see if the company is financially responsible. There is nothing worse than doing business with a company that can't afford to take care of their customers. Being financially irresponsible is an indicator of other irresponsible behavior. It costs $45.00 to $50.00 to pull the report, but it can help eliminate quotes from problem companies.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Will the company take the time to answer all my questions and help me understand? Other than the glass, how does the frame or installation affect the efficiency of a window? What options do I have for changing the styles or openings in my walls? Is the installation work contracted out?
