What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Call us, give us a brief description of the problem, we will give you the exact cost of the repair, we will set up the appointment with a one hour window and we will complete the job in one visit. If the door can’t be fixed, there is no charge at all.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are a California State Licensed contractor with 35 year experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
In 1985 I needed a sliding patio door fixed. I couldn’t find anyone to do it. A1 On Track Sliding Door Repair was born. We were the second company in the state of California to work exclusively on sliding door. California Sliding Door was the first.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Repaired sliding glass door. Removed and replaced rollers, repaired the damaged track and installed a new lock and handle. The entire job took about an hour.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you’re hiring from a local company established in your area. There are many lead generation companies that act like they are a local company with employees. They are not. Make sure the company is local, has real employees, has a license, liability insurance and worker’s compensation. WE DO NOT SELL LEADS, WE DO NOT SUB OUT WORK.
