I was lucky enough to have walked in to the local lock shop while they were looking for an apprentice. I had previously completed the locksmithing course.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers play a significant role in any business. To understand customer behavior and to better allocate resources to different customers to generate the highest profit, it is necessary to be able to identify and segment different types of customers. By better understanding the different types of customers, businesses can be better equipped to develop successful strategies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the most interesting projects I have had the pleasure of working on was a city planning project. I found it so interesting because of the impact it had on my community. I also enjoyed working with the rest of the committee members. The discussions we had about the pros and cons of each step were just exhilarating. I think it was such a joy to be able to see a project from start to finish. I really learned a lot about teamwork, communication and the importance of making and sticking to a plan.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding a good Locksmith is important, a Locksmith project gone wrong can cost you. quality work. Find out for yourself.
