I was lucky enough to have walked in to the local lock shop while they were looking for an apprentice. I had previously completed the locksmithing course.

One of the most interesting projects I have had the pleasure of working on was a city planning project. I found it so interesting because of the impact it had on my community. I also enjoyed working with the rest of the committee members. The discussions we had about the pros and cons of each step were just exhilarating. I think it was such a joy to be able to see a project from start to finish. I really learned a lot about teamwork, communication and the importance of making and sticking to a plan.
