What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am fair with pricing based on my experience and knowledge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Just as it should be. I start with introductions. We move to job review. We discuss materials and customer needs. I will give alternative options if needed to make the job run smooth. Then we do a quick overview and begin work. If a unforseen issue arises the customer is informed and given options. once job is complete a review of work is done and touch up are completed to customer satisfaction if needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a construction supervisor for a large company in Denver. I have ran multiple crews under my own company. I have built commercial retaining walls on the interstates and TREX project on I25. I have built out new store locations in a high end retail settings. I have a few trade certs LOL. If you need it Fixed I can do it or I know someone who can.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's what I was taught growing up, self reliance is 1 key to Life. I 1st started rebuilding dishwasher in 1996. fresh out of school $9 per rebuild. Then I worked at midas for 4 years repairing auto's. I moved on to Slaton Bro's Inc where I learned how to drive Class A CDL, Build retaining walls and manage construction crews for a few more years. I started my hardscape/construction business in 2005. In 2010 I became the Operations Manager for a retail Company. I built out all their new stores. 10 years plus later I am just trying to keep busy lol wife won't let me retire!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with retired Grandparents on fixed income to C.E.O's and their dream homes and business's. I am happy to work with anyone at anytime and get the job done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Today was TV mounting in an Luxury apartment in down town off Curtis. 3 tvs perfectly mounted for a detailed oriented business man. Tomorrow it's electrical work in Centennial for a couple maintaining their rental property. I am fond of the change in my work. I never seem to have the same day twice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are experienced. Talk to them and see how you react with them. If your uncomfortable pass. As a Pro I want my clients to rest assured that they can always ask me a question no matter the situation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly do they want to accomplish and what level of quality work do they require.
