Introduction

If you have already contacted other professionals, please don’t contact me unless they don’t respond. Every time a customer reaches out to us, we get charged. Thank you. With that being said… I have been in construction for over 20 years. Some of the trades that I acquired skills in are: Rough framing, finish carpentry, drywall (from start to finish), lvp flooring, and tile. A lot of other tradesmen will be less expensive than me but, cheap labor is never skilled labor. My absolute favorite thing to do is complete restroom remodels.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For larger projects, there will be a proposal fee, unless I’m hired then I will incorporate that into the final quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To make sure that the client knows, without a doubt, that I am knowledgeable in the particular task that is being looked at.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Along with the aforementioned work in the field, I’ve also, as a superintendent, built 6 restaurants. From demo to completion. Along with many residential projects including: Shower builds Room additions Flooring installation, lvp, lvt, tile. Sheet rock repair, new construction, taping, texture. Painting Appliance installation, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, water heater. Minor electrical, ceiling fans, switching out new outlets from old Minor plumbing, new vanities, kitchen sinks. Finish carpentry: door installation, baseboard, door casing, cabinet installation, cabinet building, closet packages, etc. Window installation, new and retrofitted. That’s to name a few.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My uncle got me a laborer job for a framer when I was 18. Met another guy who’s mentored me, in just about all aspects of construction ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Professionals, grandmas, young adults, people with children, etc. I’ve work with all kinds of folks.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Currently I am installing a tile backsplash. I had to demo the substrate and install new, as well as tape and mud. I’m on my 15th hour currently

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Depends on what the project is. In most cases, two words: Level Plumb
