What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have been building Custom Homes and custom decks for 20 years and I am extremely passionate about it and I do not call my projects complete until the homeowners are 100% satisfied with the work that has been done

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process is usually I will come to the job sight check out the project come up with a good design, email the homeowner the quote the same day and if we come to an agreement collect a deposit and get materials ordered

Journeyman Carpenter 20yrs experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After i graduated high school in 2006 my Friends dad wanted me to do custom home framing/carpentry I did that for him for 5 years and I loved it I then decided that I wanted to be a Independent contractor .

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with hundreds of different types of homeowners throughout the north west and have never had any big issues .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project i am fond of is the black rock one because the homeowners were really sad about how there home looked because of roof water damage and we were able to get it all fixed and they were super Happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire a contractor that pays attention to detail and doesn't cut corners.

What kind of materials are you going to be using ? Are you a licensed contractor?Do you carry General liability insurance ?How long will this project take you to complete?Do You have photos and references of previous projects?
