What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every project is different and unique. I cannot give a set price until I visit the location and evaluate the job the client is trying to get done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Go in person to see the area that project will be taking place at. Discuss with customer the work needed to be done, to get an idea of what they invision. Point out any potiental problem areas that might be an obstacle for the project. Send customer quotes and explain with detail to ensure we are on the same page and have an understanding. Lastly, update the customer on any changes that might or are needed during and prior to project starting. Honesty is my best policy!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 18 years of comprehensive construction experience; Including carpentry, framing, painting, installing hardwood flooring, tile, kitchen work, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My interest in the construction field started at a young age. I wanted to do something different and learn new skills that would enable me to expand my knowledge to help homeowners maintain their homes. Being able to help customers accomplish what they envision is a true personal satisfaction, I am a passionate individual driven to continue polishing my skills to deliver excellent results.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers, I always take every project seriously, big or small. I am a highly focused and detailed oriented individual who will deliver top notch results.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are a few projects I am fond about, I will mention a bathroom project; A full finished bathroom, it took me two weeks to finish it starting from framing to the last details. The outcome was excellent!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions such as what is your process for a project, how much time is needed to accomplish the project, and request to see a portfolio of their work such as before and after pictures.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First decide on the budget available for the project, is the customer open to increase it if set backs occur during the project? Have a start date in mind, go to Home Depot or other stores to see what the customers like to see what material or product customers like to use such as paint, tile type, hardwood flooring finish etc.
