What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every project is a custom project. The pricing is all-inclusive, meaning it includes the best brand(s) for that situation plus installation plus the sales tax and permit (when required).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. We meet with you in your home to see the windows or doors that will be replaced, assessing what would be involved. 2. We help you understand the options and choose the best windows and doors for your home and your budget. 3. We compile manufacturer quotes per your specifications and then prepare a proposal (or more) for your review via email

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business since 1990. We hire the best in our industry by testing their abilities. We stay current with best practices by utilizing the manufacturer specific training.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with condo owners and mansion owners and everyone in-between.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a team of people who provide all the support your project will need, and who you will still be able to call on 20 years later.
