What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most of our work is hourly billing, so w move quickly and efficiently to get the job done under the estimate to save you money. Are schedule is always full, so we want to get your job done. We stay on schedule and very rarely have to re-schedule jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get the details and get what customer wants to accomplish with their request. Communicate and communicate. It’s important to communicated every step of the way, you are never in the dark with us. And if you are not home when work is being done. We send updates with pics at least every 2 hours. With new customers it’s also important to understand what’s important to you and also understand any worries you have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Professional training in carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Decades of experience in doing work the right way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Mike, At 14 years old, our neighbor (fireman) had a flooring business and he realized I was gifted with my hands and that I learned extremely fast. So I was doing all types of flooring at 14 and by 16, I was completing jobs by myself. I still love the work. Love the challenging jobs, we always get it right.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with booth residential and commercial clients. We are also experienced and very comfortable in high end homes as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Look at our latest cedar deck wrap!! We also repaired a 124 year old interior railing. The rail separated from 20 balusters leaving up to a 2 inch gap. We made 20 custom spacers and secured in a way, the railing will go another 124 years. That’s how we do things.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Biggest advice. You get what you pay for and sometimes not even that. We spend a lot of time reworking the work that other guys do. Select a tradesman that will do the job right and not leave behind hidden or even obvious mistakes. We are generally more than the averages, but we are very efficient. We arrive in a truck with a fully equipped, clean and organized tool trailer. We save hours of time.
