What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our at home estimate is very straight forward, relaxed and friendly. We do not have any hard sale tactics, nor do we require both homeowners to be present. We provide a brief but informative introduction on our products and services. All estimates are provided at the home and then sent out via email for a digital copy to be stored.

Ask as many questions until you feel completely comfortable with choosing a company to perform work in your home. The best price does not often mean the best work, nor does it often times guarantee a sense of security.

Make sure the windows you are purchasing are insulated and have a .10 or lower air infiltration rating. Ask your contractor if the windows he is selling are PVC or U-PVC What type of capping will your installer be using? What type of caulk will your installer be using? How much draft will your new windows allow in? What is the typical lead time on windows?
