We offer our services by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. Ace Handyman Services is a professional service and our prices reflect that. Yes, we're more expensive than some but you get what you pay for. With Ace Handyman you're getting a professional team with background checked craftsmen, office staff, an insured business, and a 1 year warranty on all work performed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most projects can be estimated over the phone, through email, or text message. We talk through your needs, provide an estimate, and schedule a firm appointment time (not a window of time). Larger projects require an in person consultation with our project manager.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ace Handyman Services Summerlin was started to provide the Las Vegas area with a professional handyman service. We exist to provide homeowners with a high quality, accountable, prompt service for their home needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners who are improving their existing home, buying a new home, selling their home, property managers, commercial maintenance providers and everyone in between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

An elderly customer of ours recently experienced a significant water leak that caused damaged to their flooring, baseboards and drywall. After the leak was addressed and water damaged had been handled by a remediation specialist we took over and put everything back together in a short amount of time allowing her life to return to normal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure that you are hiring a service provider that is licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board, this goes for handymen, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, etc. Companies that are licensed by the contractors board are held to high standard for their quality of work, warranty, and business practices. Protect your investment!
