What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is standard based on measurement. For example, if a window’s height and width add up to over 100", then the window is subject to a price changes. Every project is different and manufacturer's sales and coupons fluctuate often so there is always room to save more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New clients or clients obtained without a referral are welcomed into our ‘window family’. Our goal is to rid the stress of home projects and replace it with an experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Personally, the fact that I have tiger blood qualifies me to do anything, but when it comes to our installers, they must meet the strictest requirements which are well above industry standard.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We're a family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

It's hard to define "types" but we have worked with homeowners, corporations, and government institutions such as schools and daycares.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked with a family in Newtown that sent us a gorgeous gift basket. This was a result of us going above and beyond for a specific project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research! Manufacturers prices change so frequently. Be sure to compare your contractors and ensure they are a right fit for you. Price should not be the only deciding factor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

WHAT DO YOU WANT? Everyone wants a good deal, a quality product and impeccable service, but know exactly what you desire from your project. Set your expectations and find someone you feel confident will meet them.
