What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Wallaby Windows doesn't believe in high-pressured sales with gimmicks and aggressive discounting to get you to sign. We charge a fair price relative to the value of our products and services. We are the best window & door contractor in Middle Tennessee for a reason. For certain holidays or special occasions, we may elect to offer a higher discounted rate. Ask your window consultant for more details.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The customer experience is our highest priority. Customers can schedule a free in-home consultation by contacting our friendly office staff or submitting an inquiry on our website. During your appointment, your expert window consultant will perform a complete inspection with measurements then design the perfect solution for your home improvement project. A quote and financing approval (if desired) can be provided same-day. Through strong supplier relationships, we offer some of the best lead times in the market. Installations are performed by highly vetted and fully licensed, bonded, and insured crews who take care of your property as if it were their own. A dedicated Operations Manager is present throughout the install ensuring your project is a huge success. By the time we finish and clean up, we expect nothing less than to have earned a 5-Star review.

After years of disappointment as a consumer attempting to find quality, affordable, and reliable contractors for my own home improvement projects, I opted to open this business to change the narrative. I believe that replacing windows and doors doesn't need to be so stressful and expensive. At Wallaby Windows, our philosophy is simple: people over profit and always deliver upon our promises. We prioritize the customer experience and deliver a pain-free home improvement project from start to finish.

We specialize in residential window and door installation projects. However, we are able to service smaller commercial jobs as needed. With each project, we do it right the first time by bringing a level of care, attention to detail, and excellence in installation techniques that ensure the highest quality craftsmanship designed to last.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be weary of the providers who engage in high-pressured sales and who offer 30, 40, 50% off to get you to sign. Just because they may offer a higher discount doesn't mean you're getting a better deal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask about lead times and down payment requirements before committing to a contractor. In the state of Tennessee, contractors are not legally able to ask for more than 1/3 of the project cost as down payment. At Wallaby Windows, we only ask for a 20% deposit and also offer some of the best lead times in the market. For installation based questions, be sure to inquire about which install supplies they utilize as cheap insulation foam and caulk can quickly turn your new windows/doors into a nightmare.
