Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
A one time on site estimate of $25 will be charged, if hired it will be waived.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to start with going to see the project and giving an estimate, once the estimate is approved we make sure to have the customer sign a contract and decide for a date the project will commence. We do ask for 50% before the work commences and 50% once the work is complete.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have several years working in this industry along with being licensed in the state of Utah.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started in the framing industry first for several years and started learning how to do more aspects of construction such as drywall, flooring, painting, etc

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with several customers. Customers with large projects along with small ones.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a complete office remodel from framing to painting. It took us about 2 months (there was delay on some material from the owner) but it turned out fantastic. We have gotten lots of referrals from that job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you ask questions and know exactly what work will be done before we get started. That ensures clear communication.
