What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is always rated the best price for product. Since I do not have any sales reps and it's direct to consumer I beat everyone's prices hands down. Having my own crews helps a lot with my pricing too.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with a phone call introducing myself and we then set a date to meet in person to decide if I have what they're looking for. From there I do a 360 of the home with the homeowner reviewing what steps we need to take. After the proposal and agreement we then move forward to ordering and organizing the install date together. I attend my installs and my homeowner's have to sign off that they're happy and satisfied before finalizing their payment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are master Elite Contractors. Our projects have and will be absolutely perfect.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up doing this under my father since I was a child. I'm one of four boys and we're all still in this industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers wanting windows, roofing, doors, insulation, gutters, trim, siding and much more. I have completed projects that are massive commercial scale projects to residential. There really isn't a project I haven't personally handled. I love being able to show my crews all of my experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

June 2020 around the same corner as the 44 windows we also have 5 projects all going on around the same corner of homes. The reputation of our company and my attention to detail is very important to me. A majority of my new clients are referrals and word of mouth. Our direct neighbors just purchased 44 windows from us along with another neighbor purchasing their roof and siding Both provided a great 5 star review our teams and skillset. We also just completed a 400 square commercial roof and a 217 window install that same week. No matter the project big or small, all of our clients have been nothing but happy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the customer to test the contractor on their knowledge of that specific project and their experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I believe reviews are incredibly important. I also think that having the owner involved from start to finish is important with NO sales reps.
